Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other materially breaches and fails to cure within 14 days.

You may suspend access for non-payment or misuse.

Upon termination, outstanding invoices become due, and licensed rights expire unless otherwise stated.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
